HeChinese series applications may access internet to open web pages of study guides, help informations, or access application information, all these webpages and information are HeChinese application related.
HeChinese series applications may gather or transfer some basic user information such as user indentity, device identity or application usage data to web server for statistic purpose of HeChinese applications, and don't share these data with any third party ogarnization.
If and HeChinese series application uses any service from thiry part, it will explicitly ask user permition, and let user make decision.
